The Christel House story began in Mexico by empowering children from the most vulnerable communities to rise above adversity and realize their potential. Since 1998, we have provided the comprehensive support system they need to thrive, both in school and beyond, from classrooms to life.
Our holistic model supports students for up to 18 years, including five years after graduating high school. This in-depth, whole-child approach integrates rigorous academics, health and nutrition services, life-skills development, social support, and more. This deep commitment helps our students gain the confidence, knowledge, and resilience to be their best.

Building on a strong track record of success, we’re poised to extend our life-changing model to more communities. In the next few years, Christel House Mexico will establish a new school in the Mexico City metropolitan region, bringing hope and opportunity to many more children.
We provide full scholarships to students from the most underserved areas of Mexico City, supporting them through school and for up to 5 years after graduating high school. Because we believe every child should be given every opportunity to build a better future.
